LDAP Phonebook missing

I've try to attach our addressbook ldap server to our new 3cx server, regarding to the documentation here: https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/pbx-crm-integration/#h.48fu1z1xcum0

But he button ldap is mission (see screenshot). Do I have to configure something else in order to get the ldap connection working?

Then I am guessing your 3CX installation is on Linux. All features relating to LDAP and ODBC are the only things that are missing in comparison to the Windows version. From I have been told the APIs to use MS LDAP and ODBC exist only for Windows.

The libraries that are used on Windows that allow the use of LDAP and ODBC do not exist for Linux, unfortunately that would also include our ISO which essentially is a Debian 8 with a slightly simpler installation process and 3CX pre-installed.

To whoom do I now bill the working hours to move the 3CX installation to a windows platform?
The customer will kill me!
