Solved Lead creation

Dear team.

We have successfully implemented 3cx Zoho integration. Now Contacts are automatically created in Zoho if any call come in 3cx. I have tried both lead and contact in contact Creation tab, both creating contact only. Is there any possibility to create leads instead of Contacts in Zoho for each calls.

Any support will be greatly appreciated

You need to select "Lead" in the configuration:


If you still see contacts being popped up, most probably these are old contacts that were synchronized, in that case go to the 3CX Console > Advanced > Contacts > Bulk Delete > Delete CRM Contacts. This will delete all the CRM contacts that were added to 3CX so far. Also, ensure that any contact created in Zoho for the number you're searching is also deleted.
