Current setup
Sip trunk from provider A = 2 sim. call (unlimited) or 2 lines.
Sip Trunk Provider B = 8 sim. calls or 8 pay as you go lines
Target = all calls to be routed through Sip trunk provider A unless both lines are in use when Sip Trunk provider is used as a backup.
Outbound Rules set up for both trunks to use Route 1 as Sip provider A and Route 2 Sip provider B
Is this the right way of doing it?
Our outgoing calls (as a medical centre) are a lot fewer than our incoming calls = Reason for this setup. I am all ears if there is a better way!
