Hi!

I would like to configure the LCR function for outgoing calls. There are more route options than the outgoing rules section, but I don't see how it works. Calls starting with 0041 and calls starting with 0036 should be directed to a separate trunk. Can someone help me with the rule of this?

Hi,
I think it is more difficult to explain than to do it. You have to create 3 rules and put them in the exact order since the pbx when it finds the first rule that satisfies it does not continue the search but uses that one. Take a look at the attached images. You can also look at the outbound rules slides: https://www.3cx.com/3cxacademy/videos/advanced/configuring-outbound-routing/

The problem is that calls go with 0036 and 0041 perfectly, but no calls are made with +36. +41 works fine, but +36 doesn't work, only with 0036. And the phone book is stored in the international format, so i can't call any numbers. I would say that the task is to have +41 go to one provider and +36 to another provider.

You will want to setup E164 processing, in 3CX, to convert the + into the requred prefix. Then the "new" number can be used by the outbound rules.

Yes, that was the mistake! It was set, but a check mark fell behind and it didn't work properly! Thank you guys, you're awesome.
