Sorry for the title, I couldn't find what to write. It's a very important situation.

I have a queue according to the talking times.

But for example, 1501 calls someone, time does not work. Or when an outside call comes in, 1501 internal dialing time does not work.

For example, at the end of the month reports
1501, 24 hour spoke
1503 20 hour spoke
1504 30 hour spoke
1506 33 hour spoke

How do I fix this situation?

Nobody knows? I think I couldn't explain.

How often do you reset the queue statistics?
Do you have anything enabled here?

Weekly. But it has nothing to do with resetting statistics.

My problem For example; There was an outside call. Dialed 1501. Queue time does not work.
Because the call did not come from the queue. I want to connect with each other.

I think this is possible but how?

"Least Talk Time" strategy only applies to incoming calls from your queue. The rest of the calls will not count
