My client has been using legacy app with v18 forever. They are accessing their Shared Contacts folder and shared calendar folders with no problems. I am testing the M365 sync with the PWA app on v20 and can't seem to find anyway to provide them with the same feature set of adding notes to the clients address book contacts when a call comes in.
Am I missing something or can you direct me to a resource? For the record I already have successfully synced M365 with 3cx and v20 on a test system and the contacts all appear - but nothing else. I did add the API permissions in Azure, etc as well. I am VERY HESITANT to migrate them over to v20 until I can provide them this feature set since they are heavily dependant on this functionality.
