Is Lenovo A3000 compatible with 3CX ?

I would hazard a guess that it hasn't been "officially" tested, but if you can download the App from Google Play, then I would say "go for it".
The tablet must have a mic, or bluetooth, for a headset, or the ability to plug in a headset (with a mic), or you won't be able to talk to anyone.

The link to the APX file had been offered when the App was in Beta, but I haven't seen it for a while. There are sometimes ways to get Google Play onto some tablets that don't normally offer it, I've done it with a couple. Each used different methods and doing so runs the risk of "bricking" the tablet, so you take your chances. You might want to do some searches to see if it is possible with yours, just understand the risks involved.

Other than that, or 3CX feeling generous and making a download link available, you might be out of luck.

It's probably because Google Play only shows downloads applicable to your device/Android version. It probably keeps "things" much simpler in the long run. You avoid having people downloading incorrect, or out-of-date versions, then complaining because they won't work. It also allows much easier updating of the App, for most users. Many do not know how, or their devices are not set-up to install an apk file.

Well, it would appear that they (both Google Play, and 3CX), have not decided to go that way.

The current method not only allows for control of an App, but also the tracking of its use.
