Les.net not registering

My 3cx PBX shows my les.net trunk registering but at les.net it is not. I can register it using 3cx softphone. Am I setting something wrong? I also have Callcentric on it and it is working great. Thanks

If another VoIP trunk is registering, then it probably isn't a STUN or firewall issue, but never say never. Can they give you any info as to what they are seeing at the Les.Net end? How do you know it isn't registered, no incoming calls, or did they tell you?
