Hi, I want to Let 3CX return when reached the limit of the license "486：Busy Here" instead of announcing "LL" prompt.

Limit the number of calls in your trunk to the SC minus 1. It should block calls from entering thus hearing this.

Well, the purpose of this is to let the career receive "486：Busy Here" returned from 3CX.
The career provides a service the transfers calls which return "486：Busy Here" to another specified number, allowing the user not to lose overflowed calls.
We'd appreciate ideas for that.

Like I said, by setting it as I specified, it should return that SIP message code.

Does this setting allow 3CX SC to the full of what is licensed?

e.g.

●4SC license​

●Limit the number of calls in your trunk to 3​

Can the 3CX deal the 4SC to the maximum?

Hello may I know about this？

Yes, but still doesn't guarantee 100% that an External Caller will never hear this message.
Example:

• Extension A is talking to Extension B = 1 SC
• Extension C is listening to their VMail = 1 SC
• You have 2 External Callers in your Queue waiting = 2 SC

In this situation, even if you have a limit of '4' or '3' on your Provider, the 3rd External Caller that calls in will hear this message.

I am sorry to state the obvious here, but if you want to have chances to not hear this message, you need a bigger license key...
