Let's Encrypt certificate is not renewed

Hi,

I have a server with a 3CX issued SSL certificate for a xxx.3cx.nl domain. This certificate is expired, and it is not being renewed. I have had no warning about the expiration of the certificate.

How can I resolve this? It is mostly annoying because Chrome is blocking all access to the webinterface of 3CX...

Same issue here.

Getting email saying that "3CX Phone System - HTTPS Certificate renewal Failed" every few hours.

HTTPS Certificate renewal Failed - Max certificate limit
The maximum number of certificate requests has been exceeded. The limit is 5 certificates for the same domain per week. SSL certificate is no longer valid or will expire. This is a sign of multiple installations using the same FQDN being active other than this one.

How can I get this issue resolved?

Dang! My cert is about to expire, too! And, 4 months before my annual renewal.

3CX... Are you addressing this on your end? I see some 'doc' links about renewing 3rd party certs, but what about those of us who chose the 3CX supported certificates?

From what I can find Let's Encrypt no longer being trusted by Google, along with some others that includes Symantec's VeriSign.

Please send me a p.m. with your FQDN and licence key so we can check that everything is ok on our side and we can take it from there.

If you have an active maintenance and a 3CX FQDN then your certificate should auto renew before the expiration date. If you face any issues please contact me and we will look into it.

Do you have a 3CX provided FQDN or are you running your own? Has your certificate already expired or did you get an email that it failed to renew?
