Hi,

We are running 3CX 15.5 sp2.
The license we are using is Perpetual.
So, we need to buy maintenance every year.
My question is, does the maintenance include the Support or is it something that has to be bought separately?

From the 3CX website:
3CX Technical Support is available via our Support Portal for 3CX Partners (free) or with a 3CX Support package (Extra charge).

Please note that support is not included with the licence maintenance.

Maintenance ($)
Maintenance is applicable on Perpetual licences only and entitles you to one year of free updates, tested phone firmwares, security updates and the smartphone clients (which are licensed by year only and require valid maintenance). It also includes new versions (eg 14 to 15). Correct end-user details are required, otherwise maintenance will not be activated.
