licence is not updating

i get message:
3CX failed to establish a TCP connection to activate.3cx.com.
Ensure that the local or border firewalls are configured to allow outbound traffic to activate.3cx.com, the firewall was been checked & is sending & recieving trafic OK

As i can see the PBX in question is under V18.0.415 SP5 which can no longer be activated.
The best option is to create a full backup and re-install using the latest V18 Windows Installer.

Thank you for reply, where can I find latest install & can install over top or do i need to do uninstall first.

You can access the customer portal under the Downloads section or check the guideline here.
Installer will not proceed with on top, you need to uninstall, reboot and re-install.
