Licence limit reached

Is there any way of removing the licence limit reached message and just busying out the call or playing a different message?

Please note that you can find the prompt by navigating to Settings / System prompts and searching for license_limit.
You can record your own prompt and replace the existing one. You will need to click on manage prompt sets and copy the existing prompt set to be able to perform changes to it.
