Licence question - 1st year free?

Hello aIl,

I have a customer who has 6 extensions currently and is not a heavy phone user.

I want to put them on a 4SC Ent with hosting.

If you go to 3CXs site and look at the pricing, it shows that the above licence and hosting are free for the 1st year.

I can not see how to set this up via the Partner portal. Is it even possible?

Sign up for the key, deploy it, then use the free upgrade to put it on Enterprise. It's all done via the deployment wizard.

When you say, sign up for the key, do you mean I get the Customer to sign up for the key, with their email address?

Technically yes, because when you sign up, it has to be the "owner's details" and then from their portal do the upgrade.
You can however link this key to your Partner account, so that when the year is up and they need to renew to maintain the Ent key, you will get all the notifications to reach out to them when the time is approaching.
