Hi All

Just need some help and im new at 3cx, we are getting this issue and i have managed to change the dns on the debian server but still getting this issue, it started 3 weeks ago and nothing has changed here at server, firewall, filtering end

Unable to reach 3CX License Activation Server. Confirm that your Primary DNS Server is able to resolve activation.3cx.com

Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated

You need to upgrade to the latest version of 3CX

Within the 3cx management console , if you click on Updates are you presented with an update - if so update (you may have to do this a few times to get everything updated)

If the updates fail, or you do not have the option to upgrade - you will have to backup and reinstall 3cx debian using the debian iso image

no error, just showing none available

Can someone post steps to perform this from start to finish.
