License 3CX Hosted Dedicated PRO

Hi,

Sorry if this is a stupid or dumb question but I'm totally lost with the license for 3cx hosted system.
My plan is to use a 3CX Hosted dedicated pro. As I saw on the pricing section of the website this kind of license shall be bought via 3CX partner.
I received my license code from a partner a couple of days ago and in the meanwhile I have started the configuration on 3XC Hosted dedicated pro (which is free for the first two months).
I found out that it is not possible to change the license code so I browsed the forum an found this https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/change-license-key-3cx-hosted-version.56110/
Which I think I have followed right.

• I took a backup without including the license key and the FQDN.
• I delete my instance.
• Create a new one.
• Said yes I have a backup.
• When uploading the back up the I have got the message that back up cannot be restored because it does not contains license key and FQDN.

So my question is how can I use my license that I purchased for a 3CX Hosted dedicated pro plan ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

The partner should have assigned the license to your account, or upgrade your trial license for a full paid one. It seems they didn't do the right thing here.

I suggest you contact them or the 3CX CS team.
