I am upgrading sites with V18 to V20 the last weeks and everything went well until now.
But not for the next one.
For the upgrade to V20 a backup is made with a system owner.
V18 is removed from the system.
V20 is installed and when the procedure starts in the web interface to restore the backup it tells me that the licence key is invalid.
I don't understand.
I don't want to write the license key here so you can find the licence key in invoice number 279116 that we payed last year on 7 march 2024.
I opened the web portal and listed all our licence keys. Some are in red color because they are not renewed.
As usual they stay in the list and are not removed but marked red.. We always use the portal to verify which licence has to be renewed.
What is strange is that the key is removed and no more listed and can no longer be used. Normally it stays and becomes red to indicate that it was not renewed.
The problem is that i see today that we did not renew the licence for our client this year because i think that the key was removed from our list before the renewal date.
Can you please urgently check what happened because this installation is used in a school that opened again today after the summer vacation.
