License Downgrading

Hello 3CX Team,

One of our customers is using Self Managed 3CX with the subscription of Enterprise License (64 SC). They wanna know that will their system be downgraded to Standard 4 SC if they don't renew the current license after expiration. If the system is downgraded, how long will the duration be for using that downgraded version?

Is better to contact your sales representative to ask them specifically about the key you need to know what would happen on expiration as there some conditions in place.

However, even if the key is downgraded to 4SC and extended for a few more months, a change from 64SC to 4SC (without taking into consideration loss of features from ent to std) it would probably create many issues for the customer and therefore it would be better NOT to let it expire!
