license expired

I have a 3cx server on premise. The license has been automatically extended (24 concurrent users). The production server has been extended for 1 year. I have the same copy of the server offline. I brought this online 2 days after renewal (production server was taken offline), but I cannot activate the license on this reserve server and it keeps saying expired. Do I now have to install it from scratch?

Which version is the 3CX instal currently?

As only version 18 update 8 build 939 can activate.

You need to update the PBX to the latest build (V18 Update8 Build 939). In the management console do you see available updates?
