Your Subscription expired on 31/03/2025. Without subscription you lose access to important features

Trying to relicense and when try to renew says cannot find the subscription

Please note that your key has been revoked as it was a free edition key. We sent out multiple emails regarding this prompting users to upgrade to V20 prior to 31st of March.
Since the key has been revoked your only option to continue using the system is to buy a new commercial key and use the replace key feature to reactivate it. Then you will also able to upgrade to V20.

We didn't receive the email notifying us of this, can you confirm the email it was sent to?

The system is only used by 6 users, how can we downgrade once a new licence is purchased/? or can we use a trial version?

If the system is only for 6 users then I would recommend moving them to an SMB system which is free and will cover the needs of 6 users

You can create a Free installation from your customer portal. This will generate an SMB free instance for you. You will need to reconfigure your users there and start over.

Isnt this for the customer to register? Is there a way for a partner to setup a 3CX free license?

No, you need to login as customer to create one. The free ones dosnt make any sence for partner.

That's a shame, we have a few customer leads of 1/2 users just wanting a really basic system. Seemed like a good solution for it.

We've looked at it, but for the few clients at the min the cost isn't worth it.

Whats the plan re: 3CX Standard at the end of December 2025, do you know?
