License key is not registering

Hello,

My current license key has expired, and I am trying to update it. Initially, I encountered a 401 error, so I upgraded 3CX to Update 6 RC. However, now I am receiving the error "Commercial license key can't be replaced," even though I am not using a commercial license key, nor am I attempting to downgrade the license.

I tried with multiple new license keys,t I'm still getting the same

Could you please advise why this issue is occurring and how I can resolve it?

This is due to a change 3CX decided recently , so you have to contact them via their form (https://www.3cx.com/contact/) on the website to explain the problem.
