I am unable to renew my license. When I fill in my address details on your website and click on NEXT I get an error "Street is not specified".
I have talked to support and apparently the problem is caused because through some historical anomaly the street I am on has no name, even though it's been here for many hundreds of years. This means your address finding algorithm that uses Google cannot find my address.
First I should submit that you are trying to be too clever. Why not have some manual fallback? There must be hundreds of thousands of such anomalies.The hundreds of other web sites I have used have no problem with my address.
Secondly how can I renew my license? My phones will stop working in a few weeks.
