Please help me with the issue of canceling a Swift payment order.
I want to renew my license, I mistakenly selected the bank transfer payment type, the order was created. I want to pay with a MasterCard, but now it says: The provided license key has unpaid orders. You should pay these orders or cancel them before creating a new order for this key.
I have already written with a request to cancel the order to [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], I have not received an answer yet.
