License Transfer

Is there a way to transfer this license to a different 3CX account (as is with the FQDN)?

I log into my 3CX Portal and I do not see a Transfer button. I even tried to disconnect the FQDN and I still did not see a Transfer button. Am I doing something wrong?

The license is a Standard 4 SC

If it's a legacy Free 4 SC (?) different rules may apply.

Otherwise in the web client's Admin panel you can click on Buy, then click Edit next to License Owner.

Is this a Free key and you want to move to another Free?
If this is the case, of course this is not possible.

It is possible to transfer ownership of the 3CX subscription from one email to another.
Log in to the system's admin console (via webclient) as a system owner, and you should be able to change the email address in the Buy > License owner section.
