Solved license_error.HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request

Hi,

on a new installed 3CX I can´t activate my license.
In Settings/License the 3CX shows everything correctly, but there is the error: license_error.HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request


On the Dashboard I can´t reload the license, there comes again the error license_error.HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request.


I also can´t link "My Partner" with my company number.
What can I do now?

Hi @Vettel

Make sure that all details under the licence details are filled out with proper information. Also make sure that you don't have any invalid characters that might be causing issues.

every thing is correctly. The strange thing, that under settings/license is every thing correctly, At the Dashboard is the old license.

Did you swap your licence at some point? When was this?

It could be but it usually means that the info you are sending to the activation server are wrong. This wrong key could explain the error.
Make sure you can reach activate.3cx.com.

The license key is since the first day the same. I only upgrade the license to professional. The 3CX can reache activiate.3cx.com.

After some testing we found that some of the details were wrong. When those were adjusted activation worked
