limit extension to single inbound DID

I have a situation where I need to limit a particular extension to receive calls ONLY from a single external number (bat phone style). Phone will probably be a Yealink T46 configured STUN and it should never ring unless one particular DID calls it. Recommendations how to filter that?

create your DID in trunk, then create an inbound rule to forward calls to extension , done.
