limit incoming calls

Good morning,

I have a customer who has a trunk with two concurrencies calls and I would like to set one concurrency for incoming calls and one for outgoing calls.
Do you know a way to set this limit?
I cannot use the limit on queues because the customer has a IVR with many queues.

There might be a way you could do this, but this does depend on the providers capabilities.

If they can accept multiple connections from the same IP address, you could create 2 sub accounts on the provider, and connect them to the PBX.

Go into the options of each provider and disable incoming calls on 1 of them, and outgoing calls on the other one.

All dialling can be made on the secondary one, but incoming calls can be made from the main one, which probably had DIDs assigned to it.
