limit the number of internal calls

Good Morning Colleagues
I hope you are doing good and safe . I am planning to install 3CX at one of our customers . This customer has internal users that needs to call each other in addition to this , There will be calls from those internal users to external users (external calls) through E1 gateway.

The customer will use 8 SC Pro edition license .

I need to limit all internal calls (Calls between internal users) to a maximum of 4 concurrent calls so i have at least 4 concurrent calls available for external calls.

How can i accomplish this in 3CX ?

This is not possible, if you get license limit reached then you need to upgrade the license

you can only limit the number of calls on the sip trunks
