Limiting SC per department in a Multi-tenant system

I am a new bronze partner with clients interested in 3cx services. Since they are small businesses, we'll be going in for the shared instance. I want to know if there is a way to limit SC per department in the multi-tenant system.

No, but they can have their own trunks with a limit on the trunk/external calls.

In Mutli-Tenant, the best thing to do is have 1 SIP Trunk per Department.
This way, you can map it 1:1 for incoming calls and numbers, billing etc.

Your SIP Provider will need to support rinstance so that if you have multiple trunks against 1 providers, they know which is which.

When you setup your Trunk you can specify the concurrent calls on the trunk.
