Line Keys on SIP Phones

Dear All,

i see on SIP phone yealink for example, we can set some keys as "Line Keys", but i tried it and i don't see really the goal of that?

i'm trying for example to can receive several calls at same time on same device, for example handle 4 incoming calls on same phone,
is that possible?

or I would like have one extension for example 808 and can receive calls from extension 800 on this line keys set on my phone, can i reach this goal?

has someone experience with this line keys and some usecases with can handle with?

You can take multiple simultaneous calls ... IF ... for example, you place the first call on hold and pick up the 2nd line, etc.
