Hello there!

I've got a little problem... I'm trying to represent the state of 6 phone lines using BLF. I'm assuming this is possible because the 3CX VOIP client software has the capability of displaying the activity for up to three lines. To begin with I made the assumption that because lines are represented in 3CX by a virtual extension number, it would be possible to treat them in the same was as an extension. So, I assigned the following code to one of the BLF buttons on my Snom 370...

<sip:[email protected];user=phone>

... where 10001 represents the virtual extension number of the line to be monitored. This however, did not work. Snom haven't exactly been helpful so I'm posting here in the hope that someone else has encountered this problem! Is it even possible to monitor lines via BLF in 3CX?

Any help would be VERY grateful appreciated,

Many thanks,
