I noticed something for the first time today. I've been copying and pasting links to various sections of the
console into instructions I'm preparing for other admins. The links include a number at the end, that increments each time I open certain settings. For example: https://1234.provider.com/#/app/settings/call_parking/21
Is there a wildcard character I can insert to make these links work? If I omit the number, the page won't open.
If I include it, a popup tells me the session has expired.
Anyone who wants to be an admin will have to learn to navigate their way around, anyway, but I'm thinking
of all the non-working links I've inserted into my documents.
We'll survive, but am curious if anyone has noticed this and has a workaround.
Thanks.

There is a guide https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/pbx-management/

And a "Help" button in nearly all the pages.

Personally I think you're wasting your time as the PBX might not always be this way and it'll make your guide useless.

You would be better off spending your time writing up a guide on how they can find 3CX Admin Guides / Academy tools for them to learn directly. This is always up to date. Give them to tools they need to get certified too - There are webinar videos available too.

Create guides on specific things related to your customers.

Indeed for any future admins, the Academy is the no.1 place they should start with in order to familiarize themselves.

Guides are also good, but what's even better is to have a global understanding of the PBX (to understand how things affect each other), and then using guides as shortcuts
