LinkSys in remote

Hello, I installed the free version V8 in Italy and I have a problem with a Linksys SPA921 installed in Cyprus behind a DSL modem Thomson Speedtouch 585 V6.
- If I connect in remote from Nicosia with 3cxvoip client V4 with tunnel everything works fine;
- with Linksys SPA921 instead, connected to the same modem, it is registered but it is not accessible from other extensions.(Configuration is that shown on your site).
I have tried to enable Stun on the Linksys without success.
Firewall on modem is disabled;(Cyprus)
Firewall on server is Nat 1:1
Any idea?

What do the 3CX logs look like when the SPA attempts to register. I suspect that it will show the private IP rather than the Public IP of the router. What problems ate you having implementing STUN? It should be enabled on any remote set behind a router to insure proper operation.

Well,
I viewed the log but there is something strange.
The phone is in DHCP on the modem with private IP 192.168.xxx.xxx
I check the phone remotely by Italy with public IP 213.7.xxx.xxx.
In server log I see that the phone is registered with IP 10.134.xxx.xxx.
I see this IP (10.134.xxx.xxx) even if the stun is on the linksys.
This problem has occurred since September, after replacing the old modem with the speedtouch 585 v6 from Cytanet (netrunner).
Previously all worked fine.

Lucky that we have the same modem here in CY.
this are not modes that are preconfigured routers with a running DCHP server!!!
Normaly they are set to bypass IP to tell u ur external IP for a router but sometimes they are also internal IP sharer
