If the front door initiates the call, then if it stays off-hook too long, after the other end has hung up, the 2102 will send an off-hook tone to "remind" the caller to hang up.

Under the Regional Tab, you should find Reorder Delay. This is normally set to 5 (seconds) You can increase that up to 255, or inf, which means it will never play. Just something longer that the time-out of the doorphone.

I am almost done with this configuration, that is brilliant, thank you guys Just the last question, I discovered one more issue. When someone press the button on the intercom, it takes some time before it starts ringing, dialing to the group. Is that any settings on the 2102, where I can adjust this time ?

It depend on how tthings set up. It the door phone is programmed to dial a number, and the dialplan in the 2102 is left at the default, then there will be a time out as it awaits additional digits, the 2102 can be set to "auto dial" a number with a simple off-hook too, requiring no digits be dialled by the door phone. Which way are you doing it?

To do an autodial, requiring no digits be dialled by the door phone would require a dialplan in the 2102 looking like S0<:202>, where 202 is the destination extension.

The door phone is programmed to dial a number once the button has been pressed. The device has only the one button, so there is no need to wait for any additional digits.

If the door phone must send some digits, then you can modify the dialplan to include only those digits (202). When a match is made (it is only one number) the call will go though with no delay. the auto dial method would only be a split second faster, as no digits would have to be sent to the 2102..

Thank you so much,I have modified the dial plan by setting it as S0<:317> and as soon as I press the button on the door phone I can hear my phones(which are in the ring group) ringing I think we can mark this thread as solved
