Unsupported linksys SPA942

i have a client with a few spa942 phones and we are provisioning 18.0. we just need the configuration template so we can at least get them provisioned. Anyone have this?

Thank you. I had reviewed the spa962 link and as the config for the phones is no longer present in the provisioning list, I was mainly looking for which option to select to at least provide the mac address for system security. Not sure that is even an option. Will test with the credentials for the 3CX app. I suppose I could select almost any config to set the mac address since it will not be pulling a provisioning profile.

Hi Michael,

That is long since deprecated. You do not need to "Add" a config under the extension with a MAC because there is no provisioning file generated that would cause such a necessity.

You only need to type the credentials into the phone and so long as those are correct it should register.

What we did was add the phone model they will be getting as we swap them out and configured the old phones manually. Worked perfectly. Thank you
