Linux ISO Install Gray Screen - Solved

We were installing on a Vmware 6.5 with latest ISO for 16.
After requesting Install - would go to gray screen.
THis was a Dell with A01 and a Build starting with 82xxxxx.
Updated to A01 with Build starting *(xxx and able to then install with no issuus.
Hopefully this will help someone if the "Gray" screen happens.

Other sollution that did it for me is to select a version 6.0 instead of 6.5 VM image
