Listen-In calls all devices on an extension.

Afternoon All

The manager at a client has the listen-in function. When they are at home, using a Yealink T48S handset, they can listen in to a current call, using the phone's speakerphone.

The issue is that their T54W device, in the company office, ALSO pipes up and broadcasts the call on its Speakerphone.

Is this by design? Have I missed something? What is the recommended fix for this please?

Both devices are connected via Direct STUN, which I know is not the preferred way, but they were purchased several versions of 3CX ago.

@Alex Nicol since the T54W can be used as a supported router phone with inbuilt SBC, why not take it to his house and put the T48S in the office? No need to STUN either phone as the T48S could provision locally through the LAN. This would at least eliminate one potential point of failure.
