Is there any way to listen into an RTP stream live, our customer has asked if there is any way we can either listen into an RTP stream or send the audio live to another service over a new RTP stream.

You can listen yeah, it's called Barge-In.

They would like to push the audio over to there transcription service, so the barge in wont work in this case. I was wondering if we can use CFD or some other way to get the audio to them live.

I don't think you can unless you use a custom proxy in-route.

Hi Rhys,

You can also use an intermediary software, that monitors for new files and picks up the recordings when the call is over and sent to the transcription service.
