You are able to listen to another extensions voicemail by pressing # and entering their extension number after being asked for your PIN. However when you have the PIN disabled for your extension, you are never asked for it and thus can't enter in the other extensions voicemail.

Is there anyway around this?

Yes, you can log in to the web client and listen, otherwise, not possible via another phone.

The only method I can think of is to make the call to the voicemail menu an external call. You could for instance direct a DID to the voicemail menu, perform an external call from the extension to that DID and hence be asked for the extension number.

I would not necessarily recommend this as it comes with a few problems such as, calls being charged, 2 sim calls being used, voicemail menu will be exposed, but, it is an option if you MUST absolutely be able to do this. Otherwise using the webclient as @kieferschild said should work fine too.

If the company currently has an outside accessible IVR, you could make one (hidden) selection, that of the Voicemail system, and not have to use a DID. Of course it is still going to use two licences per call . If there were only a handful of people that require this access, you could simply enable the PIN. Yes, it would be a bit more inconvenient for them, but would accomplish the goal without tying up two trunks.
