Live Caller Queue for Radio/Podcast

I have a prospective client that has a podcast that they have callers call in during the show. I'm trying to think of a way that they can have callers call in and get put on hold until they are ready for the caller to come on the show. Would also be cool if his producer could screen the calls and then put them back into the queue if they think the call is show-worthy. Has anyone done a configuration like this?

How about placing the caller in a park location. Have a BLF assigned to one or more park locations. When the BLF turns on, the host knows there is a caller deemed worthy of some air time. The host presses the BLF to pickup the call? I'm not sure how that phone call then gets on the air? I suppose worst case you could put them on speaker.
