Live Chat and Talk port on firewall

Good day Experts.

I would like to know if i should do some firewall exemptions. What ports should i open up for traffic coming from the website to call center for Chat and and more so when a client/agent clicks to make a call ( as in talk to someone on the website) what ports do they use.

Lastly Webmeeting when i send a request for this any specific ports i need to open? or they all work on HTTPS ports 443?

I seem to be having an issue with wordpress intergration and 3CX its not working for me. I have a fortigate firewall and Mikrotik i would like to get some pointers.

What should i look out for.

I think I somewhat duplicated this question here:

I haven't seen any documentation (including above links) that allows firewall segregation of click2call / click2chat traffic from regular traffic. I was thinking if there was a web server relay part of the chat as opposed to browser direct to PBX, that would work better (for me at least). Anyway, any ideas? RS

You have two firewalls? Do your hate yourself?

If 3CX passes the firewall check then everything should work.

Actually, I have just one firewall that does the regular port forwarding. I think of the 3CX blacklist also as a firewall. What I'm saying is it would be great if the click2chat could be set to use, for example, say port 5002 and the click to call set to maybe 5003. That way I could have different rules for 5001, 5002 and 5003. As it stands, I'm not aware of a way to segregate the traffic.
