If I could make a suggestion: the Call us button background in Live Chat should be included in the elements to be formatted when using the HTML snippet.
On some websites, it looks terrible as it is entirely outside the palette used.
The only workaround is to download and modify the element in callus.js and host it on the website, which is a security vulnerability as updates are no longer automatic.
Any thoughts?
PS Why is the System field required when posting in a forum? It's a forum question, not a support request.
