Solved Live Chat 'Call Us' button greyed out when using html

Hi,
When we use the html code in a basic web page hosted on IIS the Call Us option is greyed out. It is a problem one of our customers is also experiencing, so different system, different hosting but same issue. The Chat functionality works fine, it is just the Call Us option not being selectable. Any ideas please?

we did thanks. KeithA hit the nail on the head - we werent using https.
