HI,
I tried to enable the call feature in chat from the call queues, but when I navigate the queue chatting URL, the call button does not enabled I can't see the call button.
I did same-thing with single extension, it works fine .

I am looking for your help.

Hello @aosman ,

By default for queues, one of the agents should take the ownership of the conversation. On WordPress and HTML configuration, you can control this by specifying the "Mode" option.
