Live chat code sniper does not work

HI.If i use live updates code snipet it works just nice but if I use this code chat is not pressent.
What could be the problem?

Have you checked your web console to see if any errors might be coming up due to the page functionality?

Does this issue persist when copying and pasting the code snippet into a fresh web page?

In the network section of your web console, are any resources failing to load or are being prevented from loading?

Hi friend thanks for replay. There is not any errors just warning about third party cookies. Live snipet works just fine but i need to style chat icon so i need static.
this works:

I dont have other site to test on moment.

Proablem solved. In case someone have this problem.
You need to remove <!-- characters from static snippet.

Could you help how to move chat correctly up for 60px?
I found how to change js file but maybe it is possible in static snippet?

@migors Try wrapping our code snipper into a <div> block. Then style the div to be 60px higher and see if that works for you.
I would not recommend editing the styling in our code snippet unless you are confident you can edit the style without affecting the chat bubble.
