live chat is disable on my wordpress site

I follow the documentation for installing live chat but icon shown as disable on my website " https://www.agis-eg.com " . Kindly advice

Are you using the 3CX Live Chat or Standalone version?

If 3CX Wordpress Live Chat, do you have an extension logged in on your 3CX System which has been configured to receive the chats from the Live Chat program?

I use 3cx live chat and extension is already login

Make sure you enter your website address correctly in the management console under Messaging > Live chat > Specify your Website’s URL section, your website address is : https://agis-eg.com/ and NOT : https://www.agis-eg.com
