Solved Live chat not working on mobile browser

I have a wordpress website with the 3CX plugin. The chat works fine on desktop but the bubble doesn't even appear on mobile. Any ideas? Thanks

I fixed it. I decided to paste the HTML code on the page and now it shows up on mobile.
