Hi all !

is ther a way to do a IVR selection when making a call with the live chat Plugin?
Or could some Numbers be added as Buttons ?

Hello,

Do you want the Live Chat Caller to be able to navigate an IVR menu, or the call to come in as if certain menu selections were made?

For option 2 you can set a CFD as the destination that preps the call, and may be able to hook something that lets the user make choices.

Option 1 where the Live Chat caller can do button presses is not currently an option.
