I've changed my router to a Juniper SRX from a Juniper SSG and have implemented load balancing with two ISPs. When either one of the ISPs is down, outgoing calls work. When both are connected, outgoing calls fail with the error:

Call or Registration to 1112223344@(Ln.10000@Nexvortex) has failed.
0.0.0.0 replied: 408 Request Timeout; internal

Incoming calls work at all times.

Has anyone seen or solved this issue?

Thank you.

When you register with a provider, you tell that provider how to reach you, IP or Domain. Since you have two ISPs used at the same time, only one can be correct (at a time).

You may need to provide additional information about how your network is set-up.

Thank you. The load balancing is at the WAN / ISP level; we have only one VOIP provider. With the previous firewall, we have no problems.

You may have to work with you VoIP provider to find out how they see you registered, before and after the change from one ISP to another. This might allow you to tweak some settings.
