Are there any countries that prevent obtention of a local number for incoming and outgoing calls?

i.e. I am assuming a new sip trunk would be needed for each country or you need a sip trunk provider that can obtain a local number in each country.
This is either basic or advanced configuration but:

user 1 country A---->calls client 1 in country B
(call is billed as international call in country A) Call ID displays local company number in coutry B.

Client 1 calls local number for user 1's company, dials his extension------> call is patched to user 1 in country A
(cost of the call is billed as a local call within country B) Call ID displays international number of client 1.

I know there are videos about routing and displays, but I am curious about the DID restrictions. Not all countries offer numbers that can be used for incoming an outgoing and how to select a SIP trunk providers that can obtain a desired local number?

Thanks,

You can achieve this either by having one trunk per country with its own local DIDs or by using a provider that can offer numbers in multiple countries. Its up to you and the configuration you want to achieve.
